Claim Audit Report

The Claim Audit report shows claim details for a specific patient account within a specified time period.

To run the report enter:

• Patient ID: Enter the patient's account number

• Start and End dates

• Select which patient claims to display

• Elect to show/not show payment information

• Elect to show/not show claim history

• Elect to show/not show the name of the biller

Click View Report.
